Ultimate
Relaxation
Clearwater-based
psychiatrist Nick Dewan, M.D., has released Ultimate
Relaxation, a CD designed to guide listeners through
proven relaxation therapy techniques to improve
overall health and wellness.
Ultimate
Relaxation is all about bringing harmony to mind,
body and spirit; its about taking control
of your health and well-being. By combining the
latest in visual imagery with world music, Ultimate
Relaxation helps you to travel to mystical places
and reach the ultimate relaxation destination. It
is ideal for people in need of effective, efficient
relaxation techniques to improve their overall health
and well-being, and is particularly effective for
those suffering from chronic health conditions or
who need to find relief from the stress caused by
the struggle to achieve daily work/life balance.
The
concept behind Ultimate Relaxation emerged from
Dr. Dewan's deep understanding of ancient Indian
arts and the benefits of meditation practice as
it relates to overall mental and physical health.
Using ancient and modern relaxation techniques that
blend mood-impacting music with voice harmonics,
he created the ultimate exercise for the mind and
body. While it is not a substitute for medication,
daily relaxation techniques can be an alternative
remedy for daily stress or physical and emotional
disorders that can accelerate if not dealt with
properly.
The
tracks feature a combination of world music, soothing
voice harmonics and suggestive techniques, allowing
listeners to use all of their senses to fall into
a total state of relaxation. It teaches the listener
how to release stress and achieve a rejuvenating
sense of inner peace. Listeners will also learn
how to sharpen and focus their mind.
