Tennis Quest

Track 1: Warm Up is a mental warm-up that uses audio and verbal queues to help the athlete relax and focus on the mental images to prepare them for a match.

Track 2: The Basics first relaxes the athlete, then uses verbal queues to take them through specific strokes to help them sharpen their focus and increase confidence
their play.

Track 3: Performing in The Zone puts it all together, relaxing the athlete then using verbal instructions to take them through a "mental match" to improve focus on
their game and improve clarity throughout a match. By combining the latest in visual imagery with world music genre, Tennis Quest will help you train your mind to feel focused, relaxed and energized.

Tennis Quest increases an athlete's mental stamina, mind strength, flexibility and endurance. "Too many athletes are only focused on building physical muscle when they should work just as much on building mind muscle," said Dr. Dewan. "Developing mental strength and agility is just as important to success as physical fitness."
